POPCORN HEAVEN OF CALIFORNIA reserves the right to keep all photocopies, pictures, emails, text, website features and benefits for use of future onsite marketing campaigns to showcase how we promote our fundraising program. All elements of the complimentary website become the property of Popcorn Heaven of California. 

We cover agreements from the various fundraising coordinators we work with to ensure (whether verbally or written) that they have secured the rights to use the photos, likeness of the people (all ages) featured in the pictures that they send to us via email, text to use on the complimentary fundraising web pages we create. It is the responsibility of the fundraising coordinators to have these agreements on file with their organizations before they send us the pictures, links, photocopies or any other proprietary information they want us to use for the complimentary web page.
